After the PVC plastic floor is installed, how long can it be put into use? This is a question we are often asked in our daily communication with customers.
PVC floor paving is relatively simple, and the construction cost is relatively low. Generally, it can be used after paving. If you feel that the floor has a small smell that is unacceptable, you can ventilate it for 1-2 days before putting it into use.
After the installation is complete, there are generally two concerns:
❶Formaldehyde
After the renovation, ventilation and other methods are usually used to disperse the formaldehyde. Under normal circumstances, it will not be moved into use until a few months after the completion of the renovation. After laying PVC flooring in kindergartens, home improvement, offices, etc., do you need to wait for many months to ventilate formaldehyde before using it? In fact, no, the main raw materials of PVC plastic flooring are environmentally friendly raw materials, and the floor does not contain formaldehyde, so there is no need to worry about formaldehyde.
If you buy a good-quality PVC floor, it will carry a little smell of raw materials, and the smell is very small. If the PVC floor you bought has a pungent smell and has been unable to dissipate the smell, it may be of poor quality. Therefore, when purchasing PVC flooring, you should use the method of smelling, watching, comparing, and comparing to purchase PVC flooring. At the same time, you must choose a flooring supplier that provides high-quality flooring.
Nowadays, many engineering projects choose to use PVC flooring. PVC flooring has two forms: sheet and roll, and you can choose the appropriate form according to the area and needs. Coiled flooring is generally selected for larger laying areas. Its advantages are large single-rolled area and few seams, and it is high-end in large areas such as stations and service halls.
