Want to know what the structure of PVC is? read this!

The structure of PVC floor is not unique, which means that the structure of PVC floor is diverse. The structure of PVC floor can be roughly divided into three types: multi-layer composite type, homogeneous core type and semi-homogeneous type.

PVC floor is a new type of light-body floor decoration material that is very popular in the world today, also known as "light-body floor material". What exactly is PVC floor? It refers to the floor produced by using polyvinyl chloride material. Specifically, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin are used as the main raw materials, and auxiliary materials such as fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, and colorants are added. Process produced.

PVC floor can be divided into coil floor and sheet floor from the form, then from the structure, it is mainly divided into three structures: multi-layer composite type, homogeneous through-core type and semi-homogeneous body type.

Multilayer composite PVC floor

What is multi-layer composite PVC floor? That is to say, its structure is multi-layered, generally composed of 4~5 layers of structure stacked, mainly including wear-resistant layer (including UV treatment), printing film layer, glass fiber layer, elastic foam layer, base layer, etc. . Due to the difference of the elastic base, it can be divided into dense bottom and foam bottom.

Homogeneous permeable PVC floor

The so-called homogeneous and transparent PVC floor means that it is homogeneous and transparent from top to bottom, that is, from the surface to the bottom, from top to bottom, it is the same color. Homogeneous permeable PVC floor is often used in hospitals, airports, high-speed railway stations, subway stations, shopping malls and other places with relatively large traffic.

Semi-homogeneous PVC floor

Semi-homogeneous PVC floor is a combination of the wear-resistant advantage of homogeneous and transparent core and the good sound absorption effect of multi-layer composite. Generally, it is combined with a pure PVC wear-resistant layer (thickness of 1mm) and a back layer.
