The test requirements of international multinational companies are usually at 80 degrees Celsius, and the test time is 4 hours. The measured item standards are: deformation 2mm, longitudinal shrinkage 2%, and transverse shrinkage 0.3%. However, in the production of WPC core layers, it is extremely difficult to control the cost of products that meet the standards, so most companies can only increase the product density to achieve stability. The ideal core layer density is in the range of 0.85-0.92, but many companies increase the density to 1.0-1.1, resulting in high finished product costs, and some companies disregard product stability and produce core layers that do not meet the requirements.
