New Product: PVC Heterogeneous Floor-Slices Instead Of Rolls

In the near future, the HAODIBAN brand will launch a new PVC heterogeneous floor - slices instead of rolls.

Do you think of the floor form as roll material for PVC heterogeneous vinyl flooring? In fact, HAODIBAN brand has fully launched PVC slices heterogeneous flooring. The main difference is the shape of the floor.

Generally, we can divide PVC heterogeneous floors into dense floors and foam floors. Our flooring uses foaming technology. The previous PVC foam floor is highly similar. The difference is that traditional foam flooring is in the form of rolls, while our flooring is in the form of sheets.

This will mean that when we package this floor, the floor will be in a sheet shape. We will also pack the products in cartons.

Why choose our new products?
In the past, PVC foam flooring may not be conducive to DIY. In the past, the conventional size of coils was 2*20M (length*width). Although it is a lightweight flooring material, it is troublesome to transport the flooring in the form of rolls.

 You should not underestimate the overall weight, and transporting it is not an easy task. And our new product may be easier to transport. 
And we now use our high-end technology to produce heterogeneous foam slices flooring. Flooring is easier to install. Just apply glue to the flat floor and stick our product on the ground. You can splice different effects according to personal preferences.

We currently only support one texture, but you can choose different colors. We can adjust different floor colors through technology. This is something we can do currently.

4. About the size of the product

We can produce products of different sizes through professional technology. You can check with our professional flooring team to see if they can produce your desired floor size. Within the specified range, we can cut it into different sizes through professional cutting technology.
 

5. About product packaging 

We will pack the sheet flooring in boxes. The packaging nature of the previous PVC foam flooring is inconsistent. In the past, we packed PVC foam floors in whole rolls!
