First, we produce the flooring according to the customer's needs!
This batch of floors are LVT flooring products with wood grain patterns. The size of this product is: 152.2x914.4MM. The wear-resistant layer and thickness of this product are: 3.0/0.5MM.
After the floor has completed all production, testing and other processes, the floor will become a finished product. At this time, the floor production process is basically completed.
Secondly, we will package according to the product.
The packaging specification of this product packaging is 16Pcs/22.3KG/2.2297SQM/BOX. Workers in our production department pack the products into cartons. And the cartons will be sealed. Workers in the production department are constantly packing the floors, and customers’ products will be packed box by box!
Finally, we will palletize based on the actual quantity of the product.
The pallet specification of this product is: 90BOXES/114.192SQM/1063.55KG/PLT. Workers in our production department will palletize the boxed products.
Patching can not only protect the floor. Pallets also make it easier to transport the floorboards. The pallet can even have information labels for easier identification.
The palletized and containerized products will be transported to the destination by means of transportation.
