The most popular packing way of PVC roll flooring is packed in pallet. Worker can use forklift to complete unloading work. Also it can improve the efficiency of loading and unloading, and also help to protect the goods and reduce the cargo damage and omissions caused in the transportation.
The other way of packing PVC roll flooring is load in bulk, which is suitable for manual transportation from container to warehouse. Bulk loading can make the full use of the container in every inch. However, it can also face the problem of slow in loading and unloading process.
How we pack every single roll?
The order from Middle East customer is 20,000 sqm PVC roll flooring. Product specification: 2mm*2m*20m (Thickness*Width*Length). Flooring total thickness 2mm, with 0.25mm wear layer.
For the product package of PVC roll flooring, each roll is wrapped with woven-kraft paper (composite packaging materials) and scroll, so that it is waterproof and not easy to wear off.
Besides the outer packing material, we also put roll mark with production batch info, QC label and even small piece of the roll pasted on every roll. In that case, it’s very convenient for customer to know exact what the product is without unpack the package.
How we secure 16 rolls in each pallet?
In order to facilitate customers to load and unload goods in time-saving and efficient way, we pack 16 rolls in every pallet. We use pallet of plywood or solid wood with qualified certificate of disinfection treatment.
First fix 16 PVC flooring rolls with packing tape, then bundle them tightly together, at last wrap it around the outside with wrapping film for second reinforcement.
High-efficiency wracking machine
16 rolls in 1 pallet is not easy to be fixed during long time logistic transportation, so we introduce a high efficient wracking machine.
To add transparent PE film as external wrapping only takes 2 minutes, which greatly raise efficiency of product outer packing.
Our packaging details
Standard export PVC roll flooring package can avoid many logistic transportation problems.
In order to prevent the entire pallet from falling over and damage PVC floor during transportation, we add an extra wood board on the top of the pallet. Packing strap from the top to the bottom of the pallet as the third reinforcement. In this way, even if it is inclined during transportation, there are also wooden boards above to support it, so as to better protect our PVC roll flooring.

How we load PVC roll flooring on container?
We employ a forklift driver with 15 years of working experience, who is able to quickly and accurately place our PVC roll flooring to the designated location.
Another professional packing staff transport the PVC roll flooring to the corresponding position with a trolley and place every pallet in order.
