To boost team spirit and improve employees' happiness and sense of belonging, the HAODIBAN team planned a 6-day, 5-night trip. The team-building activity occurred on November 11, 2024. All employees went to Sichuan and spent an unforgettable time in beautiful scenery and joy.
Itinerary Introduction
The team-building activities were compact and rich, covering natural scenery, corporate culture, cultural experience and other aspects. During the 6-day trip, we visited Bipenggou, Dagu Glacier, Jiuzhaigou, etc. We participated in the bonfire party, watched the Qianguqing performance, and enjoyed hot spring relaxation and food tours.
Itinerary Review
Day 1 Arrived in Chengdu
On the evening of November 11, 2024, we arrived at Chengdu Tianfu Airport. The HAODIBAN team's team-building travel activities officially kicked off.
On the second day, the HAODIBAN team visited Bipenggou.
They enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery at an altitude of over 3000 meters. Here you can enjoy the lakes, waterfalls and snow-capped mountains in late autumn and early winter.
On the third day, at Dagu Glacier, HAODIBAN team members took the world's highest cableway to an altitude of 4680M.
The high-altitude environment posed challenges, but everyone supported each other. They took photos by the glacier, creating many wonderful memories.
On the fourth day, Munigou is one of the hidden beauties in western Sichuan. It has the magnificent Zaga Waterfall.
Everyone hiked on the plank road by the waterfall. They wanted to enjoy the harmony of water and nature. The sound of the waterfall amazed everyone.
On the fifth day, Jiuzhaigou is a treasure of western Sichuan.
Team members hiked by lakes and through forests. They admired the colorful landscape. They ambled amidst the backdrop of pristine, snow-dusted peaks and azure lakes.
On the sixth day, HAODIBAN team members explored Chengdu's local vibe and culture.
We checked out the local treats and the unique culture of Chengdu.
Significance and Prospects
During this period, there were also evening bonfire parties and dinners. All employees gathered to share their travel experiences and work stories. This helped strengthen their trust and friendship.
In this tour group building, we deeply felt the beauty of Sichuan's local culture and nature. We also hope that in the future we will work with our customers to reach new heights and create a better future together.
