LVT floors are produced with different production processes.
This article mainly introduces the LVT floor extrusion process and the LVT floor hydraulic process. The first three steps and the last steps of the two processes are the same, respectively mixing the raw materials, then extruding the mixed raw materials at high temperature, and then extruding them, and the final process is Packaging, PVC coil floor also has extrusion process, although both are called extrusion production process, but the operation steps between the two are different.

▶Extrusion process
The extrusion process is to attach the printed layer and the wear-resistant layer to the extruded semifinished product, then heat the semifinished product and water-cool it, then cut the semifinished product into large pieces, then keep it for health, and finally cut it into small pieces. This is the part where the intermediate process of the extrusion process is inconsistent with the process of the hydraulic process.
▶Hydraulic process
The oil pressure process extrudes a substrate with a thickness of 1MM, then slices and arranges the substrate, and then presses it with high temperature oil and cools it, followed by UV coating and high temperature water cooling, and finally slice forming and opening. Grooving, grooving is to determine whether to grooving according to needs, which is the part of the middle step of the hydraulic process that is inconsistent with the extrusion process.
However, the high temperature and water cooling processes of the two are not all LVT factories have this process. Compared with the LVT floor hydraulic process, the stability of the extrusion process of the LVT floor is compared with the LVT floor hydraulic process. The stability of the floor produced by the LVT floor hydraulic process Better, but the extrusion process is simple and the price will be relatively cheap.
