Production process of SPC floor

The full name of SPC is stone plastic composite. It is a new type of environmentally friendly green floor developed through high technology. Zero formaldehyde, mildew-proof, moisture-proof, fire-proof, insect-proof, simple installation, etc. are all its advantages that cannot be ignored.

 

SPC floor is extruded SPC substrate by extruder combined with T-die. Use a three-roll or four-roll calender to heat and emboss the SPC wear-resistant layer, SPC color film and SPC substrate at one time. The process is simple, and the fit is done purely by heat. No environmentally harmful additives such as glue are required.

 

The material selection of SPC floor also chooses environmentally friendly formula. Does not contain heavy metals, phthalates, methanol and other harmful substances. Comply with EN14372, EN649-2011, IEC62321, GB4085-83 standards. Therefore, it is very popular in developed countries in Europe and the United States and the Asia-Pacific market. Because of its excellent stability and durability. SPC floor not only solves the shortcomings of solid wood floors, but also solves the shortcomings of other decoration materials that are not environmentally friendly.

 

SPC floor has a lot of choices in color choices. It is mostly used in indoor home improvement, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls and other public places.

 

Shrinkage rate of SPC floor: ≤1‰ (after tempering treatment), ≤2.5‰ (before tempering treatment), (shrinkage rate test standard: 80℃, 6 hours standard);

SPC floor density: 1.9~2 tons/cubic meter;

Advantages of SPC floor: The physical index of SPC floor is stable and reliable, and the chemical index conforms to international and national standards;

In terms of production difficulty, the production of SPC floor is compared with LVT and WPC floor. The processing and manufacturing process of SPC floor is slightly simpler.

 


Procedure: 1. Mixing

Automatic metering according to the ratio of raw materials → hot mixing by high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125 ℃, function

It is to mix all kinds of materials evenly and evaporate the moisture in the material) → enter into cold mixing (cool the material to prevent caking and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: 55 ℃.) → mix the material uniformly by cooling;

 

Process 2: Extrusion

Add twin-screw extruder, heat and extrude → enter the sheet die for extrusion molding, the formed sheet passes through a four-roll calender, and the thickness of the substrate is fixed → paste color film → paste wear-resistant layer → cooling → cutting;

 

Process 3: UV Tempering

Surface UV→tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80~120℃; cold water temperature: 10℃)

 

Process 4: slitting and grooving packaging

Slitting→Slotting, Trimming, Chamfering, If there is a silent pad, install the silent pad→Inspection→Packing
