However, due to the rapid occupation of the flooring market in the domestic SPC floor, the quality of the SPC floor on the market is also difficult for consumers to distinguish. 1. Color

It mainly depends on the color of the floor substrate. The color of the new material is generally beige. The mixture is gray, cyan, and white. The color of the recycled material is gray-black. The quality of the floor can be easily judged by analyzing the color of the substrate.

2. Feel

A good SPC floor substrate feels delicate and moisturizing. The reclaimed material and the mixed material have a dry hand and no water-moisture feeling. After splicing the two floors, feel the flatness and fit between the floors. This is also an indicator of floor quality judgment.

3. Smell

Under normal circumstances, the SPC floor will not have any odor. If there is a peculiar smell, it is a very poor quality floor, which is not recommended.

4. Light (light transmittance)

You can use your phone's flash to illuminate the floor. The new material has good light transmittance. Admixtures and recycled materials have little or no light transmission.

5. Thickness

The thickness of the SPC floor can be measured using a ruler. Generally speaking, the actual thickness is about 0.2mm more than the marked thickness, which is the normal range. For example, if a regular manufacturer marks a thickness of 4.0 according to the production standard, the measurement result should be around 4.2mm. Because in addition to the thickness of the floor, the thickness of the wear layer and the UV layer needs to be considered. But if the actual measurement is 4.0, then the actual purchase is 3.7--3.8 thickness, there is a problem of cutting corners.  
        6. Lock

Observe the female buckle on the edge of the floor (that is, the part where the lock is leaking a lot), and break the lock forcefully. If it is easily broken, it means that the quality of the SPC floor is not very good. If the standard pure new material needs to be broken, it will require a lot more strength, and it is not the type that is easy to break.
