The SPC sheet process can be roughly divided into the following four major steps:

★Mixing and Extrusion Process

This process is to first mix the raw materials, then extrude the mixed raw materials at high temperature, and finally extrude the raw materials that have undergone high temperature extrusion.

★High temperature and slicing process

The high temperature of this process is mainly to complete the printing layer and wear-resistant to the semifinished product of the previous process. After the lamination is completed, it is cut into large pieces.

★Standing, coating and cutting process

The products are kept for standing, but some factories do not carry out the step of standing for health; then the semifinished products are subjected to UV coating. This coating step will only be coated once in some factories, while others will be sprayed. film twice; at the end it will be cut into small pieces.

★Tempering and Finishing Process
The consciousness of tempering is to heat and water the product at high temperature, but this process is not carried out in all factories; then the product is grooved, the edges of the floor are formed, and the SPC sheet is formed. The process of attaching the mute pad to the ground is based on whether the customer has this need, but not all thicknesses of SPC sheets are suitable for attaching the mute pad. In addition, if the floor is installed with a dry low There is no need for a mute pad, and the final step is to package the product.

The price of SPC products will vary, mainly because of whether the production of SPC floor uses new materials or recycled materials.
