❺The thermal expansion coefficient (α) 8×10-5/K directly determines the expansion and contraction of the PVC floor.

❻ Water absorption rate (ASTM) 0.04-0.4, which determines that the PVC floor has good waterproof and moisture-proof characteristics.

2. PVC floor composition

Using polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin as the main raw material, adding fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants and other auxiliary materials, mainly through coating process or calendaring, extrusion or extrusion process on sheet continuous substrate production .

3. PVC floor structure classification 

From the structure, it can be divided into three types: homogeneous transparent core, semi-homogeneous transparent core and multi-layer composite.
