The definition of self-leveling ground is: on the base layer, the surface layer formed by paving the material with automatic leveling or a little auxiliary leveling function after on-site stirring. Common self-leveling floors include cement-based self-leveling floors, resin self-leveling floors, and resin-cement composite mortar self-leveling floors.

The self-leveling construction process can be roughly divided into five steps:

①Treatment of the base surface.

This step mainly deals with the ash layer and the peeling layer on the surface. If you want to understand it in a simple way, it should be understood as the cleaning of the base surface.

②Apply the interface agent evenly.

This step is mainly to treat the surface to achieve the purpose of improving the surface properties.

③Laying copper wires, cutting grooves, and transforming water and electricity.

This step should be understood as the treatment of the base surface and the completion of some projects that need to be concealed.

④Scratch epoxy conductive middle layer paint.

This step of home decoration can basically be ignored.

⑤Grinding and suction layer.

The grinding process in this step is generally completed before the construction "generally by rotary grinding".

Storage Precautions for Self-Leveling Construction Materials

a. Self-leveling materials should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from fire and heat sources, and should not be stored in the open air and exposed to the sun. The storage temperature should comply with the provisions of the product manual;

b. When using self-leveling materials, avoid direct contact with skin and eyes;

c. Self-leveling materials of different varieties and specifications should not be mixed. When preparing materials on site, they should comply with the provisions of the product manual and should not make their own claims.

d. When the temperature is below 10℃ and the humidity is above 85%, the varieties suitable for low temperature and humidity should be selected.
