The production process of homogeneous PVC floor

■The first is the stage of raw materials. The laying of raw materials can be divided into two steps, namely, laying powder and laying particles. After the raw materials are laid, the powder and granular raw materials must be melted at high temperature.

■Then there is a forming stage, extruding the raw material that has been melted at high temperature and grinding it, because there may be uneven thickness, so it needs to be ground to make it a uniform thickness.

■Next is the tempering stage. The product is heated at high temperature and placed in a water tank for water cooling. After water cooling, the product is dried. This stage helps to improve the stability of the product to a certain extent.

■Finally, the product will be trimmed, UV coated and quality checked. After this series of processes are completed, the product will be cut into small rolls.

It is worth noting that because each PVC factory is not the same, the production process of each factory will be more or less different, so when producing homogeneous PVC flooring, some factories will have This process of tempering, some factories do not have this process of tempering.

And because it can be colored, and the position of the particles in this process is random and cannot be intervened by humans, the products can only be similar, not exactly the same.

However, the production process of homogeneous PVC floor is still less defective, because its quality inspection is sufficient, and the product will be divided into standard rolls and non-standard rolls.
